While Hurricane Harvey has held the attention of Americans, one thing we haven’t heard about is Robert Mueller’s ongoing investigation. The bogus “witch hunt” is still “officially” continuing, but one thing just happened that should have President Donald Trump celebrating big time. The investigation is going down in flames after one Democratic leader admitted something that changes everything, and now, Trump is getting revenge on Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi.
President Donald Trump always knew the Mueller investigation was just a witch hunt, but with so much power given to the Special Counsel, it left many in his administration worried. If you recall, the whole thing is based on the bogus assumption that Trump or those in his inner circle had colluded with Russia in some way during the 2016 campaign.
Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein is a senior leader sitting on the Senate Intel Committee. Feinstein gets regular updates from Mueller and his staff about the Trump-Russia probe. If anyone knows what Mueller has on Trump, it’s Dianne Feinstein.
Liberals were aghast at Feinstein’s recent comments on Trump. “Look, this man [Trump] is going to be President most likely for the rest of this term,” Feinstein said Tuesday at the town hall meeting at San Francisco’s Commonwealth Club, according to CNN. “I just hope he has the ability to learn and to change and if he does he can be a good president. And that’s my hope,” she added.
Feinstein is signaling her colleagues in the Democratic Party, letting them know their big dream is all over. She knows the rallying cry has been “resist” and “impeach 45,” something Maxine Waters has been screaming for months. Feinstein took a lot of heat for saying Trump would finish his term as president, and when asked to clarify, she doubled down, refusing to backtrack.

All she could do to satisfy the left was to put Trump down, but what she would not do was to say that he is in any way in peril of losing the presidency. “A day after she was jeered at a town hall for suggesting President Donald Trump could become a ‘good president’ if he would ‘change,’ Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein issued a statement saying she is ‘under no illusion’ he will,” reports CNN.
One report from one of the newspapers her constituents read, Mercury News, headlined she was “booed,” reporting, “U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein was booed by some constituents Tuesday night when she said President Donald Trump could be a good president.” Why would Feinstein, who is up for election risk this if she was not sure the Mueller witch hunt was going down in flames?
Now, Trump is poised to get revenge on his toughest critics in Congress, Chuch Schumer and Nancy Pelosi. Trump took off the gloves during his speech on tax reform, threatening Schumer and Pelosi, saying, “And I don’t want to be disappointed by Congress. Do you understand me?“ That’s a direct hit at Schumer and Pelosi who lead the Democrats in Congress. Now that Trump has heard Feinstein backing down on the liberal message of resist and impeach, he is back in the driver’s seat because they’ve got nothing on him and they never did.
Unfortunately, Maxine Waters did not get the memo from Feinstein. She’s still screaming, “Impeach 45,” and is including Vice President Mike Pence in her battle cry. Yep, Mad Max seems to think Pence was a Russian spy too, but it’s all over now. Feinstein’s not a complete dummy; she’s smart enough to make peace with the most powerful man in the free world after she has been briefed on Mueller’s investigation and knows it’s going nowhere.
Pelosi may have said nothing about Trump, but she denounced Antifa. The writing is on the wall. The Democrats have lost their war on Trump. It’s going to be utter mayhem when those counting on his impeachment get wind of this, Rosie O’Donnell and Rachel Maddow will have to be placed on suicide watch. It’s a good day to be a patriotic Trump supporter.
